Most orders leave our warehouse in the Netherlands within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Tracking your order
Every order is shipped with full tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.
Customs & import duties
For destinations outside the European Union, customs clearance may occasionally affect delivery times. Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, GST or other local charges may apply. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
